Please note:

• The above prices are for two people and may vary depending on the period, length of stay, the total number of guests and the current booking demand. Request a detailed non-binding quote here.
• The minimum length of a stay is 3 nights. A 2-night stay is only possible on request and subject to availability.
• The city tax is to be paid separately on site and is € 3.20 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights). Children under 14 are exempt)
• All guests receive the Lake Resia Guest Pass, which allows them to use the following public transportation for free: all regional trains, all regional buses, including urban and suburban buses, cable cars – Renon, Colle, Meltina, and Verano, the Renon Railway, and the Mendola Funicular. In addition, the Südtirol Guest Pass offers free access to a wide range of interesting activities.
• Your pets are welcome. The supplement is € 12 per night (excluding food). We also ask you to bring a pet bed or a special blanket with you.
• Check-in & check-out: on the day of arrival, the chalet is at your disposal from 2:30 pm; check out time on the day of departure is 9:30 am.
• Methods of payment: you may pay for your stay in cash, by credit card or by debit card.
• Confirmation deposit: in order for the reservation to be final, we request a deposit within 10 days after you make your reservation.
• Cancellation conditions: up to 3 months before arrival: the deposit will be retained if we are unable to rent out the chalet. From 3 months to 14 days before arrival: we will charge you 50% of the travel price. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, we will charge 70% of the room price for the agreed period. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit paid.
